TMS Globe is a transport and order management software for long-distance carriers with their own vehicles, subcontractors or freight forwarding services. It is a system that reduces manual workload and ensures that the process is seamless and clear.
The system allows you to record all incoming orders, assign them to carriers or to your own transport and clearly see their execution status. The software provides a convenient way to generate sales invoices and to create or import purchases and other activity-related expenses.
Hauliers working with their own vehicles can easily plan and view the occupancy of their trucks, set up and calculate missions, schedule repairs and view the history of repairs.

Orders
TMS Globe platform allows to save or import all customer orders. While creating orders, you can quickly and conveniently find or enter correct addresses with GPS coordinates. Original order documents can be attached and stored in the platform. Each order has its own statuses and attributes, which make it possible to filter the data quickly and easily.
You can assign single or grouped orders to our own fleet of trucks, or can assign orders for subcontractors.
By assigning an order to a truck, we can instantly see the provisional route on a map, see the tolls and the provisional cost. Specialized maps for trucks from PTV Map&Guide are used for route planning.

TMS Globe includes an interactive order planning calendar. This is a unique feature that you won't find in other similar TMS systems.
The calendar will show you all the completed and planned occupancy in your fleet. You can assign new orders to trucks very simple and see their location and status, which is automatically fed from GPS systems linked to your account. With a single click, you can send new orders to drivers directly to the equipment they are using.
The planning calendar is also a place where managers can post comments and exchange information related to planning, repairs or driver changes.

No matter which GPS tracking system you use, TMS Globe will configure your account so that you can see the GPS location of your trucks in real time and, with a single click, you can transmit orders directly to the driver's device and receive order statuses back.
Other integrations allow sales or purchase invoices to be fed directly into your accounting applications.

Customer orders fulfilled in TMS Globe can be quickly invoiced at the click of a button. Invoices can be written by selecting one or several orders. If multiple orders are selected for a single customer, a single combined invoice is created. The invoice template is customisable for your company with your details and logo.
The correct VAT rate and article are applied to the invoices, depending on the customer or if the shipment is transported outside the EU. A unique deferred payment period can be calculated for each customer according to individual settings.
Invoices with transport documents can be sent to customers at the click of a button from TMS Globe platform.
Integrations make it possible to export accounts to accounting applications.

The TMS Globe system allows you to easily create ttrips, create and print order documents. Documents are generated in several different languages: the official company language and the driver's language.
Thanks to integrations with GPS systems, the system keeps track of the countries in which the transport takes place and generates a per diem report according to the per diem rates approved by the county authorities.

Trip reports can be generated based on actual costs. The system collects and totals all costs related to fuel purchases and tolls, repairs and drivers' remuneration for the entire period and compares them with the completed orders to show the profitability of the trip.

TMS Globe in GreenLogistics Hack 2024
Last weekend, the TMS Globe team had the honour to participate in the GreenLogistics Hack event organised by the Transporto Inovacijų Asociacija. It was a very intense 3 days where the teams had to solve tasks related to the reporting and reduction of CO2 emissions in the logistics sector.
